Best chips I've had in ages! Actually, I think they're the best I've ever had from a fish and chips shop! The fish was perfectly cooked too and the batter was thin, light and crispy.
Top marks from me!
Handy parking outside if you can find a space. I was a little disappointed with the long wait considering it was so quiet, although it was freshly cooked which was nice. Kids found the chips too salty, so will remember to order without next time. Had mixed success with the fish and nuggets here in the past.
Would not accept a phone order as too busy. Did not have any medium cod, so had to have large. Did not have any chicken at all. Chips were completely soggy and undercooked. Not a great experience and would not hurry back.
Great chipshop, we had four "small" fish and chips, and there was plenty for all of us, infact we kept some back for the following day. Everything was cooked to order and was delivered to us relatively quickly.
Honestly the best chip shop I've visited. Clinical in their approach to good food. Everything was fresh. Worth the short drive for that sort of quality.
We ordered our work pre-Christmas lunch from Terry's 10 out of 10 everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food, can’t wait for the next trip. ????

Fish was tasty,sausage was very meaty and the chips were pretty good.
Stopped off before I got on the boat. The two male staff where friendly and polite. It was clean and the service was good. I ordered Cod and chips. The fish was amazing and the batter was like glass... One of the best fish and chips I have had. I would of given it 5 stars had it not been for the female member of staff who I presume must be a wife or mother to the other staff. She had a full on hissy fit at one of them because they had put to many 1p in the till..!! In front of 3 costumers... Maybe more suited to a job in the back.. But over all Great food....
